Please locate the email booking confirmation that you received from DGN Kilters. If you are unable to make your appointment, you can manage the cancellation or change from that initial email confirmation by simply choosing the Cancel or Change button on that email. You will receive a new confirmation of either the cancellation or the new appointment time booked.
